What you will do
- Complete three rotational assignments over an 18-month development program.
- Work across switchgear, transformers, high-voltage substations, solutions, and service.
- Apply fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to business assignments.
- Build product knowledge and understand the transmission industry and customer landscape.
- Explore potential career paths including application engineering, project engineering, product design, field service, digitalization, project management, job-site safety, and business development.
- Participate in formal learning sessions and collaborate with internal experts and other early-career engineers.
Requirements
- Expected bachelor's degree by June 2027 in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, structural engineering, construction management, or a closely related field.
- Genuine interest in the electric grid and its transformation.
- Interest in power-grid engineering, project management, business development, and field service.
- Strong organizational, communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Curiosity, self-direction, leadership potential, and an ability to solve complex challenges.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
