Lead Development Project Management Associate (Product Development)

What you will do

• Lead multiple product development programs for hirify.global Building Sets from concept through production.
• Build and manage integrated project plans covering milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and maintain alignment throughout execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks involving product design, tooling, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Ensure readiness for design reviews, tooling kick-offs, and production launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, program management, or engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through production.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global teams and external manufacturing partners.

Nice to have

• Understanding of plastic part design and injection molding processes.
