Senior Treasurer (Crypto)

hirify.global is a crypto technology company building payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions, and enterprise tools for businesses and institutions.

What you will do

• Manage fiat and cryptocurrency liquidity, including user withdrawals and fund movements between exchanges, wallets, and other platforms.
• Execute daily fiat and cryptocurrency payments while following approval procedures, transaction limits, and security controls.
• Maintain exchange API keys, whitelisted addresses, multisig wallets, and custodial operations for company crypto assets.
• Monitor fees, liquidity placements, collateral levels, and treasury positions to optimize payment and financing costs.
• Work with banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment providers, and counterparties on transfers, account operations, and compliance requests.
• Reconcile asset balances across bank accounts, exchanges, and wallets, and improve treasury automation, controls, and reporting.

Requirements

• Practical experience in cash and liquidity management, treasury operations, or a related finance function.
• Hands-on experience with payments, international transfers, payment controls, and financial institution operations.
• Strong bank and cash reconciliation skills with the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
• Understanding of financial controls, approval matrices, transaction limits, FX, and cryptocurrency operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with treasury management systems, ERP, or BI tools is beneficial.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, plus strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent ownership of time-sensitive tasks.
