Creative Producer

What you will do

• Research competitors, the energy category, and current cultural trends to identify campaign insights.
• Develop positioning and messaging with the head of content, art director, designers, and relevant teams.
• Find and assess agencies and freelancers, and prepare creative briefs for external partners.
• Manage production logistics, including locations, schedules, equipment, talent, and crew bookings.
• Own shot lists and asset plans to deliver content for advertising, social, and campaign channels.
• Act as executive producer for major films, managing freelance crews, budgets, and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a producer.
• Experience producing video and campaign content across a range of formats.
• Strong organisation skills, including logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and asset planning.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure while protecting the creative direction.
• Experience managing crews, vendors, agencies, and multiple production stakeholders.
