Producer (UK)

Location: London, United Kingdom; on-site and cannot be remote. Attendance is ideally required four days per week, Monday through Thursday, because the show records on those days.

What you will do

• Lead daily episodes through planning, recording, post-production, and delivery.
• Manage production logistics, scheduling, coordination, and editorial standards.
• Prepare researched rundowns, pitch timely topics, and develop original segments.
• Shape conversations and coach hosts to improve delivery and show performance.
• Edit and quality-check audio and video content for RSS feeds, YouTube, and social channels.
• Partner with social and audience teams to optimize clips, titles, thumbnails, SEO, and audience growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience producing formats, including audio/video editing and show development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Riverside, and StreamYard.
• Strong editorial judgment, research skills, storytelling instincts, and organizational ability.
• Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, podcast distribution, and social media trends.
• Experience leading complex productions and collaborating across teams.
• Deep passion for and fluency in sports media, particularly Premier League football.
