Equities Execution Client Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide post-trade operational support for equities execution, Sales, and Trading desks.
• Support the booking and settlement of equity trades and maintain accurate client books and records.
• Process trades, reconcile activity, monitor discrepancies, and manage settlement, cash, and stock breaks.
• Work with custodians, issuers, external brokers, internal teams, and counterparties to resolve operational issues.
• Investigate exceptions, respond to operational queries, escalate issues, and manage multiple daily deadlines.
• Identify process inefficiencies, support small projects, and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and exceptions and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Risk- and control-focused approach with a commitment to accurate processing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced financial-services environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and influence others in a consensus-driven environment.
