Enterprise Testing Specialist Senior (Risk & Compliance)

Location: In-office at one of hirify.global’s U.S. hub locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Miamisburg, OH; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $63,750–$106,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead objective testing procedures, including control validation, transactional testing, and risk-based testing.
• Plan testing and reviews by defining scope, objectives, procedures, samples, and testing strategies.
• Perform testing, evaluate controls, identify risks, and revise review programs when needed.
• Manage review documentation, working papers, process flows, and evidence supporting testing conclusions.
• Analyze exceptions and recommend improvements to internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Provide consulting support on risk and control issues and assist with implementing improved systems, services, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of auditing, internal controls, risk assessments, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, data gathering, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work in-office at one of the listed U.S. hub locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
