Director, Health Professional Programs

Location: Remote in the United States; the posting also lists Chicago, Illinois, United States. Travel up to 10–15% is required.

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to 6%.

What you will do

• Develop clinical and implementation resources for primary care detection, specialty care, diagnosis, management, and care coordination.
• Package and adapt evidence-informed tools for clinicians, patients, caregivers, health systems, and underserved populations.
• Coordinate content requirements, specifications, timelines, and finished resources for integration into ALZPro.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Care and Support, Public Policy and Advocacy, fundraising, and communications teams to disseminate resources.
• Represent the Association in external partner workgroups related to the clinical program portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, health communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in content development, program development, or healthcare quality improvement.
• Experience developing resources for varied audiences in healthcare, public health, or professional education.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific content into practical tools and manage multiple concurrent deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, collaboration, and independent work skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10–15% of the time are required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a clinical, public health, or health sciences field.
• Experience working with clinical or professional audiences, health systems, or dementia-related programs.
