Audit Analyst I (Treasury Operations)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States

Salary: $20–27 per hour

Duration: 6-month contract.

What you will do

• Execute cash and banking controls, including callbacks and validation of vendor and customer banking changes.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly cash controls and match book records with bank transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support unclaimed property processing, management reporting, regulatory reporting, and Treasury process inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on cash controls and support special projects and ad hoc analysis.
• Safeguard confidential cash records and provide administrative accounting support.

Requirements

• Understanding of cash safeguarding control models and SOX 404 requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, time-management, attention-to-detail, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cash controls, bank reconciliations, and regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Ability to work with Treasury reconciliation software and related tools.
