What you will do

  • Process customer payments daily and ensure accurate, timely cash application.
  • Reconcile cash applications with bank statements.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain electronic funds transfers and capture check logs.
  • Track overpayments and support accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency required in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with accounting software; QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work proactively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
