Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, Brazil

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from design discussions through production delivery.
• Define and deliver solutions for a platform used daily by thousands of businesses.
• Influence system architecture and help maintain reliability while the platform scales.
• Collaborate closely with product and design partners.
• Share knowledge, review code, and support the growth of other engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production systems across the full stack.
• Demonstrated ownership of problems from definition through delivery.
• Strong skills in backend logic, relational database design, frontend user experience, and search fundamentals.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Must be based in Brazil for the remote role and CLT contract.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, queues, event-driven architecture, and horizontal scaling.
• Exposure to Elixir, Phoenix, React, and PostgreSQL, or the ability to learn the stack quickly.
• Interest in helping teammates grow.
