Senior Software Engineer (Go/Vue)

What you will do

• Provide engineering expertise, establish coding principles, and mentor engineers.
• Work with architects to design solutions using industry-standard patterns and best practices.
• Develop secure, performant, and maintainable software for Kingland Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engagement, architecture, client, and engineering teams throughout requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and triage.
• Participate in Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban, adapting solutions through frequent feedback.
• Improve engineering practices, automate builds and deployments, execute integration tests, and resolve defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably with cloud-based infrastructure.
• Enterprise backend development experience with Go, Java, C#, or similar languages.
• Frontend web application development experience with Vue, Angular, React, or another JavaScript framework.
• Experience developing and maintaining SQL databases, including Postgres or similar relational databases.
• Knowledge of clean code, API-first development, DevSecOps, organization, and leadership.
