Senior/Principal Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js)

Location: Remote, based in Brazil

Engineering services for a global SaaS platform combining fintech and AI to automate subscription management, billing, and revenue operations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications with React and Next.js.
• Build user experiences for payment processing and revenue operations workflows.
• Integrate APIs, backend services, and multiple payment gateways.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams on architecture, planning, reviews, and technical decisions.
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend scalability.
• Improve frontend engineering standards, product quality, and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
• Commercial experience with React, plus experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating APIs and understanding backend concepts and relational databases such as Postgres.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; ability to work remotely from Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue or Angular, Node.js or NestJS, and frontend performance optimization tools.
• Experience building AI-powered user experiences and integrating AI or LLM services.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, AI SDKs, or prompt-based applications.
