TL;DR
Senior Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript/Next.js): Building and maintaining customer-facing documentation platforms, API exploration interfaces, and search experiences across Docs and API Docs with an accent on scalable partner customization, localization, and backend integration. Focus on synchronizing customized documentation for 10–15 partners, integrating authentication and discovery services, and using AI tooling while maintaining code quality and security.
Location: Zagreb, Croatia; flexible hybrid work model.

What you will do
- Build and maintain frontend features for Docs and API Docs UI using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Deliver documentation browsing and API exploration experiences, including Redoc-based API documentation rendering.
- Develop a scalable model for customized partner documentation while keeping shared content synchronized.
- Improve discovery and search across multiple documentation applications and sources.
- Integrate backend services supporting authentication, authorization, platform resources, localization, and surveys.
- Collaborate with Tech Writers and use AI tooling for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation while maintaining quality and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience; mid-level profiles may be considered depending on overall fit.
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Real-world experience with Next.js.
- Ability to collaborate on backend topics and API integration, including willingness to work with Java and Spring Boot services.
- Experience with content discoverability, navigation, and search across multiple surfaces.
- Ability to take ownership from implementation through maintenance.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with API documentation tooling such as Redoc or OpenAPI specifications.
- Exposure to localization workflows and tools such as SmartCat.
