What you will do
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows and intelligent customer advisory capabilities for an AI-powered Product Advisor.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, including RAG solutions and multi-agent architectures.
- Develop scalable AI services with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, Python, and FastAPI.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, context management, memory, structured outputs, embeddings, vector search, ranking, and hybrid search.
- Establish automated evaluation, observability, monitoring, and quality assurance for AI-driven customer interactions.
- Support deployment and production readiness across CI/CD and cloud-native environments while collaborating with product and technical teams.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with Python and production-grade REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Practical experience developing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Knowledge of agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, prompt engineering, function calling, context management, memory systems, structured outputs, and RAG.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, ranking, retrieval optimization, hybrid search, and Azure AI Search or comparable technologies.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, DeepEval, G-Eval, OpenAI APIs, AI observability, PgVector, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong software engineering, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
