Salary: $81,500–$95,000 annual salary, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

  • Execute engineering experiments, process development activities, and validation studies for new product introductions and existing assembly processes.
  • Support validation runs on new equipment and processes.
  • Coordinate engineering, validation, and component testing with raw material supply, manufacturing, and test engineering teams.
  • Operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment in production or development environments.
  • Analyze results, document findings, and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, protocols, and equipment performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an automation technician, process engineering technician, R&D technician, or in a similar manufacturing support role.
  • Experience supporting engineering experiments, process development, equipment troubleshooting, validation activities, and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lodi, California.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree in engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with process development, validation, and automated assembly equipment in biomedical device or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with plastic components, component testing, and data collection and analysis for engineering investigations and process improvements.
