What you will do
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails.
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and procedures.
- Identify revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Meet individual and customer service team targets, including case-handling quotas.
- Maintain accurate records and process customer accounts and documentation.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Polish.
- Fluent English.
- Previous sales experience with the ability to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong telephone customer service, active-listening, communication, and customer-orientation skills.
- Ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles.
- Good MS Office skills.
