Marketing Technology Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Advise Marketing, IT, and external vendors on marketing technology investments, integrations, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Build, execute, and optimize automation workflows across marketing platforms, including Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Evaluate and implement AI assistants, agents, and other AI-enabled solutions for marketing performance, personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor marketing systems, integrations, and data flows; troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable improvements.
• Establish data governance, documentation, QA, and testing standards that improve data quality and system reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, build business cases, and translate technical concepts into recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience integrating, managing, or optimizing marketing technology, automation, digital analytics, or related technology ecosystems.
• Experience with marketing technology and integration platforms such as Adobe Workfront Fusion, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM/CMS technologies, and AWS or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of APIs and JSON, with basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for troubleshooting systems, workflows, and data issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, evaluate technology opportunities, build business cases, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or data lake environments, Tableau, Agile delivery methodologies, or testing AI assistants and agents.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Administrator, or automation platform certifications.
