Full Stack Web Developer (PHP/Symfony)

Location: Hybrid in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States; 3 days per week onsite required.

Estimated base salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and, for eligible roles, equity.

What you will do

• Build and support scalable corporate, product, and eCommerce digital experiences using Pimcore DXP and Symfony-based architecture.
• Develop Twig templates, Symfony controllers, services, models, reusable modules, and secure backend functionality.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party, enterprise, Shopify, and commerce systems.
• Develop responsive, accessible frontend interfaces with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Support content workflows involving PIM, DAM, localization, structured content, personalization, and AI-enabled search capabilities.
• Participate in QA, code reviews, deployments, platform modernization, production troubleshooting, and Agile delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack web development experience with mid-level scope and expectations.
• Strong PHP and Symfony or similar MVC framework experience, including services, dependency injection, and service-oriented design.
• Experience with CMS, DXP, or structured content platforms such as Pimcore, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
• Frontend experience with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and web performance.
• Experience with REST APIs, relational or non-relational databases, Git workflows, Docker, debugging tools, and profiling.
• Availability to work hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Pimcore DXP experience and familiarity with Twig, Webpack, Vue.js, React, Vite, or headless/API-first architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce, Account Engagement, Pardot, GA4, marketing technology, localization, or structured content governance.
• Experience with Shopify, Commerce Cloud, AI-driven search, or personalization concepts.
