E-Commerce Merchandiser - Amazon Channel Owner (Shopify/Amazon)

What you will do

• Manage Shopify content, promotions, seasonal merchandising, product launches, pricing, and product imagery.
• Create and maintain product listings across Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Coordinate Amazon FBA shipments, replenishment planning, FBM inventory accuracy, stock availability, and fulfillment priorities.
• Monitor Amazon Account Health, policy violations, restricted-product flags, A-to-Z claims, and marketplace issues.
• Own Seller Support cases, compliance documentation, restricted-product matters, and suspension appeals through resolution.
• Maintain an Amazon tracker and provide regular updates on ownership, status, deadlines, next actions, and blockers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Shopify e-commerce merchandising experience.
• 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central merchandising and new product creation experience.
• Hands-on experience with FBA, FBM, Amazon Account Health, compliance requirements, Seller Support cases, restricted products, and appeals.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through in a part-time remote setting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, web development, and product teams without direct authority.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and work quality.

Nice to have

• Basic e-commerce SEO knowledge.
• Experience with project-tracking tools such as monday.com.
• Graphic editing experience with Canva or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools, Shopify apps, Amazon advertising, or promotional tools.
