Lead Fullstack Engineer (Vue)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico; remote. Hybrid work is available for people in Ho Chi Minh City; remote work is available for people outside Ho Chi Minh City.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end architecture, technology selection, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive solutions.
• Optimize performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability and flexibility.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, investigate bugs, and maintain platform reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the adoption of modern technologies, security practices, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including experience leading complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong back-end experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Front-end proficiency with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, microservices, clean architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Practical experience with TDD, unit, integration, and functional testing, DDD, web security, performance optimization, and agile development.
