Lead Full Stack Engineer (Vue)

Location: Remote in Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work is available in Ho Chi Minh City, with remote work for those outside Ho Chi Minh City.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end architecture, technology selection, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive user experiences.
• Optimize performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability and flexibility.
• Lead code reviews, enforce quality and security standards, and investigate bugs to maintain platform reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team in adopting modern technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including experience leading complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong back-end skills with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices or clean architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and container infrastructure.
• Practical experience with TDD, unit, integration, and functional testing, web security, performance optimization, and agile collaboration.
