Account Manager - Canada Remote

Location: Fully remote within Canada; must accommodate EST working hours.

Compensation: OTE up to 105K CAD plus stock options and benefits.

Building an event management platform that helps conference organizers create engaging event experiences and manage attendees across more than 30,000 events in over 70 countries.

What you will do

• Manage existing customer business to drive retention, account growth, and net revenue retention.
• Build long-term relationships with 150+ accounts through regular account reviews, product demonstrations, and check-in calls.
• Identify expansion opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive engagement with existing customers.
• Maintain prioritized account touchpoints and accurate pipeline forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure customer satisfaction and event success.
• Use phone, meetings, in-mails, and email to engage and grow accounts.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding upsell and growth targets.
• Extensive experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong listening, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Residence in Canada and availability during EST working hours.
