What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, and business development.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution.
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities to support company growth.
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from the Petaling Jaya office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level) are required for global team collaboration.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new, fast-moving challenges.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• High level of ownership and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
