Junior Social Media Intern (Social Media/Community Management): Managing social media content calendars, community interactions, influencer collaborations, and performance reporting for client channels with an accent on content planning, positive-sentiment conversations, and brand opportunity discovery. Focus on monitoring brand sentiment, escalating issues, identifying suitable creators, and analyzing content performance with social media tools.
Location: Rome, Italy. Hybrid schedule with office attendance an average of four days per week.

What you will do
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts using content management tools.
- Find new conversations and opportunities for client brands across social media and content platforms.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand sentiment, responding to community interactions and escalating issues when needed.
- Identify relevant influencers and creators and collaborate with them on content development.
- Use platform insights and social media tools to prepare regular reports and analyze content performance.
- Work with the Creative Department and Media Agencies to develop social media strategies and content.
Requirements
- Interest in social media management, community engagement, and content development.
- Ability to organize content calendars and manage scheduled publications.
- Ability to monitor online conversations, respond to users, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Analytical approach to reporting and evaluating content performance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Rome, with office attendance an average of four days per week.
