Treasury Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations across hirify.global’s markets.
• Reconcile bank transfers and cash flows, investigate discrepancies, and provide visibility into cash movements.
• Follow up with disconnected merchants, outstanding issues, rejected accounts-receivable invoices, and manual invoicing processes.
• Support legal processes, merchant bankruptcy cases, debt recovery, and travel-expense reconciliation.
• Identify and lead process simplification, automation, and data-quality initiatives from idea through implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Legal, Operations, banks, merchants, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury or a similar analytical role in fintech, SaaS, lending, or another complex environment.
• Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to turn ambiguity into structured solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel and financial-systems skills; hands-on use of AI tools and automation in finance processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Abacum, or Embat.
• Spanish language skills.
