Custodian Relationship Intern (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, Barcelona office, Spain

hirify.global is a Barcelona-based fintech startup offering a SaaS platform that helps banks, family offices, and wealth managers consolidate clients' financial asset data.

What you will do

• Monitor and follow up on active data-sharing requests with custodians.
• Manage email communication with custodians and respond to operational questions.
• Keep Tramoia, the internal tracking tool, accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate the collection and exchange of required documentation.
• Verify that data sharing has been activated and flag missing or inconsistent information.
• Resolve standard operational cases using established processes and custodian knowledge.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
• Comfort with repetitive, process-driven administrative work.
• Clear and professional written communication, especially by email.
• Professional fluency in Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Previous administrative or operations experience.
• Good level of English.
