Scheduler Site Supply Chain 80%-100% (m/f/d)

Location: Visp, Switzerland; fully site-based. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Create, supervise, maintain, and continuously improve short-term production schedules.
• Incorporate departmental input and ensure schedules reflect labor, asset, material, and operational constraints.
• Optimize production sequencing and resource utilization across facilities, equipment, staff, and materials.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate plans and changes to relevant departments.
• Maintain planning and scheduling parameters in SAP and provide accurate data for MRP and production-demand planning.
• Analyze production, material-consumption, and quality data to support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Strong SAP experience in financial planning, scheduling, and materials planning is required; Planview experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of APICS CPIM professional standards is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to address difficult issues transparently.
• Proficiency in English and German, spoken and written.
