Of Counsel - Dual License (Labor & Employment)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona; in-person office environment

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in labor and employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities, investigations, and court conferences.
• Advise clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Work extensively with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and active, good-standing licenses in both Arizona and California are required.
• 8+ years of experience practicing in California state and federal courts.
• Labor and employment litigation experience, specifically FEHA and/or PAGA, is required.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
