What you will do

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, picking, inventory control, zoning, and storage optimization.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, goods receipts, invoices, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy corrections.
  • Maintain full traceability of warehouse activities in accordance with company procedures and cGMP requirements.
  • Support warehouse activities in eDMS and eQMS, including deviation and non-conformity documentation and investigations.
  • Act as the warehouse key user for ERP implementation, including testing, deployment, and training.
  • Coordinate external storage providers, transport companies, QA partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent French is required.
  • English is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform tasks in a highly qualified environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to business integrity, compliance, and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, material flows, cGMP procedures, and related systems.
