Audit Analyst I (Treasury Operations)

What you will do

• Execute cash and banking controls, including vendor and customer bank-information callbacks and change validation.
• Complete daily interface controls and reconcile book records with bank transactions using Treasury reconciliation software.
• Research and resolve reconciliation exceptions, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, and prevent inaccurate or fraudulent transactions.
• Support management and regulatory reporting, unclaimed property processing, payment requests, and customer inquiries.
• Provide administrative accounting and Treasury process support to internal users.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors on cash controls and assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Understanding of effective control models, especially cash safeguarding under SOX 404 requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in administrative accounting support tasks.
• Ability to work in Louisville, Kentucky.

Nice to have

• Experience with Treasury reconciliation software.
