Product Manager - Core Banking

Location: Bucharest - Dacia One, Romania

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of the Core Banking product, from vision and strategy to roadmap, delivery, and support.
• Build stakeholder relationships, understand business needs, and establish realistic delivery and support objectives.
• Define product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, technical improvements, and long-term domain strategy.
• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog and support requirements elaboration for sprint delivery.
• Coordinate delivery and support activities, forecasts, timelines, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive the squad in an Agile environment, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and collaboration with Product Leads and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, product or project management, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and IT processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Banking, or a technical field.
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies.
