Principal Value & Access/HTA (Sweden)

What you will do

• Lead strategic client engagements from initial needs assessment through solution development and project delivery.
• Develop new business opportunities, follow-on work, and client relationships across Swedish and Nordic market access.
• Design integrated solutions covering market access strategy, P&MA, HEOR/HTA support, pricing and reimbursement submissions, and evidence strategy.
• Coordinate with Nordic and global project teams to apply relevant hirify.global capabilities, data assets, and commercialization expertise.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality delivery and anticipate industry, client, and competitive developments.
• Mentor, coach, and provide subject-matter expertise to colleagues while serving as development lead for 3–4 staff.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries, focused on HTA or HEOR.
• Experience building relationships, identifying client needs, and developing solutions for market access and health economics stakeholders.
• Track record of business development, sales, and offering development.
• Established network within the Swedish and Nordic pharmaceutical industry and payer organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
