What you will do

• Analyse financial performance, business drivers, and market developments.
• Support financial planning, performance management, corporate strategy, and capital management activities.
• Contribute to materials and insights for senior management, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Support quarterly and annual results, Investor Day, and other investor events.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Treasury, Performance Management, Group Strategy, and business-unit colleagues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD qualification and up to three years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in consulting, finance, or reinsurance.
• German language skills.
