What you will do
- Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and certified technicians.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex computer systems and software.
- Resolve issues when standard documented processes do not isolate or fix malfunctions.
- Report design, reliability, maintenance problems, and software bugs to design and software engineering teams.
- Support customer training and product installations.
Requirements
- Experience supporting highly technical or sophisticated systems-level software or computer systems.
- Ability to work with technically experienced customers and users.
- Ability to investigate problems beyond standard troubleshooting procedures.
