IT Project Manager (Business Systems)

What you will do

• Support European markets in defining business needs, expected benefits, costs, ownership models, dependencies, risks, and business cases for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate approval processes with IT, Security, Data Privacy, Legal, Architecture, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Lead or coordinate cross-market delivery, including planning, milestones, vendor follow-up, testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and communications.
• Support application lifecycle management, including access, incidents, monitoring, renewals, funding, governance, compliance, improvement, and decommissioning.
• Identify and escalate documentation gaps, approval issues, security and privacy concerns, integration dependencies, and operational blockers.
• Support platform reuse, shared capability centralization, and rationalization of digital tools.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management, business systems delivery, application governance, IT vendor onboarding, or a similar field.
• Experience translating business needs into functional, technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of security, data privacy, data protection, architecture, integrations, APIs, identity and access management, data flows, hosting, monitoring, and support models.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2, ITIL, DevOps, GDPR, or DPA.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and with tools such as Jira or DevOps.
• Fluent English is required.
