Project Coordinator (Competitiveness, Sustainability and Quality Improvement of Dairy Value Chain)

Location: Home-based, supporting project activities and site missions in Kosovo. Candidates must be nationals of Serbia or Albania, or residents of one of these countries with a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Coordinate timely implementation of the dairy value-chain project with the Kosovo Association of Milk Producers, local institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor activities against the results framework, workplan, milestones, indicators, and deliverables.
• Organize coordination meetings and support the selection and engagement of project beneficiaries.
• Prepare terms of reference, establish reporting deadlines, and review deliverables from local consultants and service providers.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain regular engagement with beneficiaries and local stakeholders in target areas.
• Prepare progress and terminal reports, support missions, contribute to outreach materials, and help resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• University degree in agriculture, agribusiness, veterinary medicine, rural development, agricultural economics, dairy or food science, project management, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in agriculture-related projects, value-chain development, rural development, or project management.
• Working knowledge of English and Albanian is required.
• Must be a national of Serbia or Albania, or a resident of one of these countries with a valid work permit.
• Strong coordination, communication, relationship-building, reporting, and knowledge-sharing skills.
