What you will do

• Originate and support the execution of structured-finance investment opportunities.
• Apply structured-finance expertise and commercial judgement throughout transaction activity.
• Assess potential solutions and their customer, cost, and risk implications.
• Resolve complex and non-routine transaction issues within the broader commercial context.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, leading discussions and negotiations where required.
• Manage transaction-related risks and identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of structured finance.
• Demonstrable experience contributing to the origination and execution of structured-finance transactions.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial judgement.
• Ability to evaluate solutions while considering customer, cost, and risk implications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex transaction matters.
