Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with a central Madrid office

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for hirify.global experiences, partner events, and hirify.global Original events.
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Analyze campaign performance with the growth marketing team and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage regional P&L and substantial marketing budgets.
• Coordinate campaign direction with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams.
• Build and grow a team while expanding the reach of experiences.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Professional marketing background.
• Native-level Dutch and good English.
• Availability to work in Madrid and develop professionally with hirify.global.
