Digital Customer Journey Expert Consumer Lending (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end instant lending customer journey from application through disbursement.
• Translate the product and customer-experience vision into clear, implementable requirements for IT teams.
• Manage and improve the backend application journey with engineers, architects, and other IT specialists.
• Identify and remove friction in customer application flows for existing and new-to-bank customers.
• Coordinate stakeholders across risk, operations, sales, and other teams to deliver strategic projects.
• Identify incidents early and support their resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in customer journey or product management, with strong affinity for IT.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage IT and non-financial risk processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and validate delivered features.
• Ability to collaborate with IT architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-border colleagues.
• Understanding of business principles, external regulation, customer needs, and data analysis.
• Clear and structured communication of new features to internal and external stakeholders.
