What you will do

• Support the ramp-up of a new Scrum team within a large-scale Agile environment.
• Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile sessions.
• Coach the team on Scrum, Agile principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement.
• Support the Product Owner and Development Team with planning, prioritization, delivery, and release goals.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and collaboration across stakeholders and Scrum teams.
• Identify and remove impediments while monitoring scope, timelines, quality, and dependencies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Leader, or in a similar Agile role.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum in distributed teams and knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience in a large-scale Agile environment is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different personalities, teams, and stakeholders.
• Very good spoken and written English skills; a university degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
