HR Leader, Norderstedt Supply Chain (m/w/d) (MedTech)

Location: Norderstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany; onsite role

Base pay: €78,300–€135,700 per year

What you will do

• Advance the strategic talent agenda and identify critical capability needs in partnership with business leaders.
• Lead change management, organizational design, and organizational effectiveness initiatives supporting business growth and transformation.
• Advise employees and management on HR policies, personnel matters, training, and development.
• Partner with supply chain leadership teams to deploy talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Work with the German Works Council on employee relations and organizational or talent changes.
• Use talent reviews and HR data analysis to build leadership pipelines and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of HR experience in a multinational, matrixed business environment.
• Strong experience in HR business partnering, talent management, organizational design, change management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience working with German labor law and Works Councils.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, consulting, and coaching capabilities.
• Fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or other industrial environments.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and business growth initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR systems and workforce analytics tools.
• Experience identifying and addressing critical talent and capability needs.
