Location: Remote worldwide or hybrid in Berlin, Germany

What you will do
- Assist with planning and coordinating online events, webinars, networking sessions, and breakout rooms.
- Support speakers and attendees during live sessions, including moderation and technical assistance.
- Create and schedule social media content, event updates, promotional campaigns, and community communications.
- Write blog articles, newsletters, interviews, speaker spotlights, success stories, and event recaps.
- Help coordinate volunteers, organize digital resources, support outreach, and contribute to partnership initiatives.
- Contribute to the organization of the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit 2026.
Requirements
- Passion for women's empowerment and entrepreneurship.
- Positive, open-minded, reliable, organized, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good written and spoken English is required as the working language.
- Clear communication skills and interest in digital marketing, communications, events, startups, education, or nonprofit work.
- Students, recent graduates, career changers, and professionals are welcome to apply.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, or social media platforms.
