Senior Software Engineer, UI (FICCO) (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain data-intensive desktop trading applications and reusable libraries using C# and modern .NET.
• Develop systems that support application performance, integrity, reliability, uptime, logging, and traceability.
• Profile and improve rendering, memory usage, concurrency, reactive data pipelines, and application startup performance.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and other developers on an algorithmic trading team.
• Own software across design, implementation, automated testing, instrumentation, deployment, staged rollout, and production support.
• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools to accelerate delivery and improve software quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial experience building C#/.NET desktop applications.
• Thorough understanding of C# UI development and tooling.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that embraces modern technologies and techniques.
• Effective communication skills and ability to read and write high- and mid-level architecture documentation.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and standards.
