AI Platform Lead

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives, including rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Translate business objectives into an AI technical roadmap aligned with commercial goals and customer journey transformation.
• Establish standards, best practices, governance, compliance, and risk management for AI development and deployment.
• Evaluate and deploy AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and technologies that support scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Optimize internal workflows and AI delivery processes through post-implementation reviews and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with business units, regional teams, data experts, governance bodies, and Product Owners to define success metrics and deliver AI capabilities.

Requirements

• More than 12 years of professional experience and a university degree, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience implementing and leading enterprise-grade AI solutions and large-scale cloud-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience with Python, Java, REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, AWS, SageMaker, Bedrock, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with LLM frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Strong influencing, negotiation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
