What you will do
- Develop, customize, and extend Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build conversational AI flows, plugins, and integrations with backend systems.
- Design solutions for Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM platforms, including abstraction layers for switching between providers.
- Develop applications and APIs that integrate with AI services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle processes for AI applications.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholder teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical design discussions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Shanghai, China, with the role serving the China region.
- 3+ years of software development experience, including Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Strong Python skills and proficiency in C# or JavaScript.
- Experience developing APIs and working with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar agent frameworks.
