Technical Desktop Coordinator (Electrical Infrastructure): Reviewing technical defect records, coordinating build partners and clients, and maintaining electrical compliance data for UK infrastructure projects with an accent on TDR reviews, defect management, and 18th Edition and asbestos information tracking. Focus on validating electrical installations against the scope of work and BS 7671, managing client database updates, and meeting five-day service-level deadlines.
Location: Warrington - Clearwater 4, UK; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

What you will do
- Review VMO2 and CS B/HOPS within the five-working-day SLA and monitor adherence to client deadlines.
- Log TDR reviews in Intelex and Total Mobile, review resubmissions, and close defects.
- Claim relevant MS records in VMO2 Siteflo and CS Siterra client databases.
- Coordinate with clients, build partners, field engineers, and the wider H&A team regarding defects and updates.
- Maintain internal trackers for 18th Edition, STC/FA, and asbestos information in UI Siteshare.
- Attend client build partner defect meetings and provide team cover during annual leave and sickness.
Requirements
- Electrotechnical NVQ Level 3, C&G 5357 incorporating AM2S, or equivalent.
- 18th Edition qualification, C&G 2382-18, or equivalent.
- Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing qualification, C&G 2391-52, or equivalent.
- JIB Gold Card as an Approved Electrician and at least five years of field experience.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage power systems, protection, control circuits, and BS 7671 requirements.
- Experience in customer-facing administration, fast-moving environments, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
