Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, or from a corporate hub including Kyiv, Ukraine.

What you will do

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with Creative Production and User Acquisition teams on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations.
• Adapt winning concepts into variations for different hooks, durations, aspect ratios, languages, and audiences.
• Edit UGC, stock footage, screen captures, and app gameplay into polished, on-brand videos.
• Produce multiple creatives per week while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
• Use AI tools for image and video generation, voice synthesis, and asset cleanup where appropriate.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably with performance or User Acquisition creatives.
• Strong portfolio of performance marketing video advertisements.
• Expert-level skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of performance creative principles, including hooks, pacing, retention, and calls to action.
• Ability to deliver work at a high cadence without compromising quality, with basic sound design and mixing skills.
• Intermediate English, B1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video, image, and audio tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs, Suno, and Midjourney.
• Experience with Illustrator and Figma for static assets.
• Background in producing UGC-style or storytelling advertising creatives.
