Senior Brand Designer

Location: London, hybrid; must work from the office at least 3 days per week

Salary: £80,000–£115,000 per year

What you will do

• Own brand design across the website, social media, advertising, guides, reports, events, and swag.
• Design and roll out launch creative, including campaign assets and launch video animation.
• Lead design for the events programme, including the SEV0 flagship conference, booths, banners, printed materials, swag, and the event design system.
• Maintain brand consistency and craft quality across launches and campaigns.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Designers on tactical and long-term projects, including product-screen work.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand and marketing design, including websites, LinkedIn campaigns, guides, and presentations.
• Strong digital design skills with Figma and print design experience using Adobe products.
• Experience working with frontend engineers and hands-on ability to refine HTML and CSS where needed.
• Collaborative, organised, and pragmatic approach, with the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Experience extending an established brand rather than rebuilding it from first principles.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Motion design or animation experience.
• Experience designing booths and installations for conferences and events.
• Previous fixed-term or contract experience.
