AI Full Stack Engineer (React Native/Node.js)

What you will do

• Fix and harden onboarding, session management, challenges, paywall and restore flows, and coach chat in an existing mobile product.
• Develop across React Native with Expo and Node.js with NestJS, including strict API contracts and server-owned conversation history.
• Own changes through device testing and ship builds through EAS, TestFlight, Google Play internal testing, and later production releases.
• Debug subscription and identity issues across the app, RevenueCat or similar services, and webhooks.
• Work from Figma within an existing design system and self-test builds before QA review.
• Use Claude, Codex, Cursor, or an equivalent AI coding tool daily and demonstrate the workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production TypeScript experience, including React Native.
• Production Node.js and TypeScript API experience; NestJS is a plus.
• Experience personally shipping or updating at least one app on the App Store and Google Play, including ownership of upload and store setup.
• Evidence of improving an existing production product; portfolios limited to 0-to-1 MVPs do not qualify.
• Daily experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Ability to own bugs spanning mobile and API layers.

Nice to have

• Expo Router, EAS Build, EAS Submit, EAS Update, and development clients.
• AWS Cognito, JWT, TestFlight OAuth, RevenueCat, store products, sandbox environments, restore flows, and webhooks.
• Sanity, Pinecone, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, Apple HealthKit, or Health Connect.
• Experience fixing contract, validation, or logging issues in Python or FastAPI services.
